Google Business Profile Integration
Visipix allows home-service contractors to connect their own authorized Google Business Profiles to the Visipix software platform.
Built around your authorization
After a business owner authorizes the connection, Visipix can help the business manage and publish approved job-related photos, project information and business updates to its Google Business Profile. Visipix does not claim, access or manage a business profile without authorization from the profile owner.
Business owners maintain control over their accounts and may disconnect their Google Business Profile from Visipix at any time.
Visipix uses Google Business Profile API data only to provide the features requested by the authorized business owner and in accordance with Google’s API policies, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
How the integration works

Log in to VisiPix and create a job post
Log in to VisiPix, navigate to the Job Creation page, and create a new job post by providing the required job details. Upload the relevant images and videos, then use the AI content generation feature to generate content for the post. Once the content is ready, select Google Business Profile as the publishing destination.

Connect and authorize your Google Business Profile
Sign in with the Google account that is authorized to manage the relevant business. Review the permissions requested by VisiPix and authorize the connection. Add the completed-job photos, videos, and project details, then review the generated content for accuracy. Select the connected Google Business Profile where you want the update to be published.

Review and publish the job post
After reviewing and approving the content, submit the job update through VisiPix. You can then check the publishing status from within VisiPix to confirm whether the update was successfully published or if any action is required. You remain in control of your Google Business Profile and its connection to VisiPix. The Google account authorization can be managed or revoked through your Google account settings at any time.
Data-deletion instructions
To request deletion of your Visipix account data or Google Business Profile integration data:
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Visipix account.
- Use the subject “Visipix data-deletion request” and include your business name and the data you want deleted.
